Below is a sample list of the Post-Construction requirements that Mayberry's will provide:
- Clean all tubs, toilets, kitchen sinks and appliances
- Remove all temporary protection and labels not required to remain
- Clean all water heaters
- Clean all utility closets, storage areas, furnace closets, garages, etc.
- Clean water valve box
- Clean spider webs from the outside entry
- Dust baseboards
- Dust all doors, doorknobs, plug covers, and switches
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Scrape and wash surfaces of all windows and sliding glass doors
- Clean all windows and sliding glass door frames, sills, and tracks
- Clean inside of all cabinets. Polish all cabinets, vanities, and other stained woodwork and all stainless steel sinks
- Clean and shine plumbing fixtures, mirrors, medicine cabinets, and bath accessories
- Clean and shine appliances. Remove all temporary labels, packing materials, and operating and maintenance manuals. Place in kitchen drawers as directed
- Dust and wet mop all hard surface floors
- Dust walls
