We kindly request a 24-hour notice fro any appointment cancellations. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to Mayberry’s Maids to reschedule or cancel and scheduled service at least 24 hours prior to the appointed service time. Failure to do so will result in a $110.00 charge to your credit card.

Please note that if you opt to pay by credit card, Mayberry’s Maids imposes a 3.5% processing fee. Additionally, our pricing structure is as follows $110.00 per hour for a team of two additional person are charged at $55 per hour for the duration of the job. Our billing begins from the moment we arrive at your location and continues until our departure, with no exceptions for breaks or walk-throughs.
